Having an expensive gym membership that I never used I had just about given up on the idea of ever enjoying an exercise regime or indeed doing any exercise at all! Then I was introduced to Richard by a friend. He has successfully steered me through two 10k runs – having been a reluctant runner where 15 minutes was enough!
