It’s the coaches job to ensure you arrive at the day of your big event uninjured, fit , well and as prepared as possible.
Checking your training load, your accompanying strength work and recovery from training are all vital to ensure this happens.
I offer a tailored programme and am happy to work with other coaches that may have greater specialisms in specific events, but less so in the physical skills required to achieve the best techniques.
