Having an expensive gym membership that I never used I had just about given up on the idea of ever enjoying an exercise regime or indeed doing any exercise at all! Then I was introduced to Richard by a friend. He has successfully steered me through two 10k runs – having been a reluctant runner where 15 minutes was enough! I’ve developed a passion for boxing and look forward to the sessions in a way that I never looked forward to the gym. The sessions are enjoyable with the right amount of challenge and encouragement. Richard has really helped me to overcome a serious back injury, working in conjunction with my physiotherapist. I now have a much stronger back and am able to do a lot more than before including being able to play tennis again with real intensity.
